Successful organizations, in the private and public sectors–and in a variety of industries–are needing to change business models and delivery systems to deal with this complexity, and are doing it at a rapid rate. Innovation will be key to success–not only as many currently define it (i.e., new products and services), but also through better internal processes and by leveraging social networks and social marketing.
