		<description><![CDATA[Given the complexity of business today--and the name of my consulting practice--you can probably guess why I totally agree with Kevin that three key trends today are complexity, interdependence, and innovation.  Successful organizations, in the private and public sectors--and in a variety of industries--are needing to change business models and delivery systems to deal with this complexity, and are doing it at a rapid rate.  Innovation will be key to success--not only as many currently define it (i.e., new products and services), but also through better internal processes and by leveraging social networks and social marketing.]]></description>
